Menu Monday: Smokey Lime Baked Salmon

This simple salmon recipe was so delicious and easy to make, the light citrus flavor and smokey pepper was so tasty, but didn’t overpower the salmon at all. I hope you liked it as much as we did! This is the first recipe I cooked in our new kitchen, and I’m loving having access to cook delicious meals to share with you all again!

Ingredients:

  • Salmon Filet
  • Juice of one lime
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chile Pepper
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup butter, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lay your salmon out in an oiled baking dish and top with butter slices.IMG_1020
  3. Mix all other ingredients together. IMG_1021
  4. Pour mixture over salmon.IMG_1022
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
