Fall is here! In my house, fall is squash season because squash is delicious and in Oregon it is plentiful from our local farmers for cheap! This is a very easy spaghetti squash recipe that makes a filling dinner and is just delightful.

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese (I used garlic and chive cream cheese)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 spaghetti squash
Directions:
- Cook your spaghetti squash however you see fit. I prefer the microwave.
- While your spaghetti squash is cooking, you can begin making your sauce.
- Mince your garlic or press with garlic press, and sautee in butter in the bottom of your sauce pan.Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view. - Once garlic begins to brown, add cream cheese and milk, stir until smooth.
- Add in Parmesan, stir until smooth.Image may be NSFW.

- Once your squash is done, shred it, and top with sauce.Image may be NSFW.
